Alqueva: Academy Open Day Aromatic and Medicinal Plants.
The Academy of Aromatic and Medicinal Plants of Alqueva promotes, day 24 October, to 10,00 hours, one OPEN DAY.
The event takes place at the Heath Courela, a producer and transformative exploration company Anise, na located Salvada, the exit for Valley Rocins, county Beja, by 10:00h.
To this day it is scheduled a technical visit to this new farm with production Aromatic Irrigation and presentation and discussion of strategies aimed at sustainability and diversification of small farms irrigated in Salvada, in partnership with Symbiosis Association.
The Academy of Aromatic and Medicinal Plants of Alqueva was created by edia, together with the producers of the sector, in order to boost irrigated agriculture associated with small property, and provide support and framework to projects installed and install this sector.
At a time when there is the existence of a number of interested parties in the area of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, this comes OPEN DAY allow greater contact with realities already installed and at the same time collecting experiences in real context and practical application techniques associated with that type of agriculture.
Participation is free and directed to small farmers and people linked to the aromatic sector.
