Beja: Airport (TCB-Terminal Civil Beja) tests emergency plan on Thursday.


To test and evaluate the effectiveness of the emergency services involved, civilian and military, and the procedures enrolled in the Emergency Plan the Beja Airport, o TCB-Terminal Civil de Beja, segundo a definição da ANA, will hold a Emergency Exercise.

BEJA- Aeroporto_800x800The Beja Airport (TCB-Terminal Civil de Beja) vai make, the next day 3 November an Exercise Emergency to Full Scale, which will begin at 11:00 am and will last for an estimated period of three hours.

Running Exercise, in addition to complying with the rules applicable to the civil aviation sector, It intends to test and evaluate the effectiveness of the emergency services involved, civilian and military, and the procedures enrolled in the Airport Emergency Plan in an accident situation with a civil aircraft within the infrastructure perimeter.

To carry out this exercise will be involved various entities and driven all the methods in the Emergency Plan, in particular FAP / BA11, INEM, District Centre of Beja Relief Operations, Municipal Civil Protection Service, PSP e GNR.

So, apart from possible constraints on car traffic in some locations of Beja, will attend to an unusual movement of relief and emergency vehicles, which should not alarm the population.
