Beja: District delegation ANAFRE elected new leaders. Vitor Besugo is the Coordinator
Held last Friday, day 20 April, at the headquarters of parishes Unions Beja, the election for the new organs of the District of Beja delegation of the National Association of Parishes (ANAFRE).
As the Lidador News released, President of the Parish Council Beringel, Victor Besugo, He was elected hereby Beja District Coordinator of ANAFRE, an election meeting which included the presence of the National Coordinator for the District delegations, Jorge Amador.
Vitor Besugo the Socialist Party led a unique and consensual list, where PS, CDU and independent movements are represented. The hitherto District Coordinator, Alvaro Noble CDU, will be one of vicecoordenadores, next to Antonio Barros, Chairman of the Parish Council Ourique. The General Meeting will be led by president of the Parish Council Vidigueira, Carla Penas.
Vitor Besugo outlines its goals this term: Defend the interests of member parishes; Increase the number of members; Promote the Training of Civil Protection for the Board of Presidents; Fight for the amendment to the Local Finance Law, no sense of gaining 2% to 3% State transfers to the Financing Fund of Parishes; Track skills transfer process and safeguard the rights of parishes; Promote training for elected officials and the joints of parishes; Support for the dissemination of the activities of member parishes through social networks; Promote the discussion of administrative reorganization of the territory, allowing the replacement of extinct parishes against their will.
