CDS-PP: Party leads coalition with PSD in Castro Verde.


CDS-PP will compete in association with PSD, with the party leading the candidacy for the Castro Verde Chamber.

Of the five applications that the Social Democratic Center (CDS-PP) will lead together with the Social Democratic Party (PSD), three are in Alentejo, two in Évora district and one in Beja.

The cases are in concrete in Mora, Montemor-o-Novo and Castro Verde, but the decision of the name to be presented is not defined yet.. In the rest 13 municipalities, where the PSD will be the head of the list, They are known: Aljustrel- Ana Moreira, Almodovar- António Sebastião, Canyons- Delilah War, Beja- Nuno Palma Ferro, Cuba- Clarisse Mota Batista, Ferreira do Alentejo- José Pereira, Moura- Luis Finished, Odemira- Armenian Simon, Ourique- Gonçalo Valente and Serpa- José Damião Félix.

Last week, José Silvano, general secretary of the PSD, assumed “the difficulty of the PSD in some districts, namely in Beja†as the party did not nominate candidates for Alvito's chambers, Mértola and Vidigueira

Relatively to Castro Verde, in 2013 the CDS candidate was Herlander Mira, in a coalition led by the PSD, who got 2,57%, far from the 50,86% of the PS and of the 42,40 CDU.

In this electoral act, the CDS presented isolated candidacies in Alvito (Ismael Pimentel), Beja (Luís) Silver, Moura (Inês Camacho Surrounds) and Odemira (Mariana Andrade) and led the coalitions of Barrancos (Delilah War) e Cuba (Peter in January). With PSD leadership, CDS also competed in Aljustrel (Marta Ferro Mello), Ferreira do Alentejo (José Pereira) and Serpa (António Bettencourt).
