Mértola: Village festivities begin Saturday.
Singers do Alentejo, angels, Gipsy Kings and The Black Mamba is the headliner of the Parties of Mértola Village, starting the day 15 June. The pier of the Guadiana and the town's historic center return to the scene of another edition of the Village Festivities, which every year brings together hundreds of mertolenses.
The spectacle of Cantadores Alentejo (dia15, 22h00) It is set in the Largo of the Mother Church, while the Angels concerts (day 21, 23h00), Gypsy Kings (dia22, 23h00) e The Black Mamba (day 23, 23h00) are held on the dock Guadiana, followed by traditional dances.
edition 2019 Parties of the Village features an animated packed program with many concerts, sporting events, an edition of the Evening Market, an exhibition of local artists at the House of Arts and Mario Elias traditional sardines in guadiana the pier, offering City Hall.
