Moura: Combating Covid-19, the municipality received masks and disinfects streets.
Group of volunteers delivered more 3.000 masks to the autarchy within the scope of the “Movement Moura Solidária”.
The Municipality of Moura, through the Municipal Civil Protection Service, received this Friday more 3.000 More expensive.
This is a new delivery of the “Movimento Moura Solidária”, that through Universidade Sénior de Moura and a group of volunteers, is producing protective masks in TNT (“Non-woven fabric”).
Behind this gesture of great solidarity and commitment, are women aged between 19 and 77 years, actively, have contributed to a greater protection of the population of our municipality.
In total they are already 5.000 the masks produced by these volunteers, final production is expected to be around 9.000 units.
Street disinfection, tomorrow from 20,00 hours
Moura City Council reports that, following measures to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus (COVID-19), in partnership with Cooperativa Agrícola de Moura e Barrancos, Moura Volunteer Firefighters, Moura Atlético Clube, GNR, PSP and in conjunction with the Parish Councils, will proceed with the third disinfection action on all streets in the municipality.
in Moura, disinfection work will be carried out on Wednesday, day 22 April 2020, a partir the 20 hours, consisting of spraying all streets with disinfectant, hydrogen peroxide.
Although scientifically this is not a corrosive substance, all people are advised to withdraw, at the moment, your vehicles from the place where they are parked, when spraying equipment is passed, so that this action has the desired result.
