Odemira: City Council promotes initiative “Clear Odemira”, in 15 October.
“Clear Odemira”, is a waste collection campaign promoted by the Parish Social Commissions.
It is scheduled for day 15 October the initiative "Clear Odemira", a cleaning action throughout the county, promoted by the municipality of Odemira and the five Social Committee of Parishes, in order to mobilize the population to protect the environment and to promote a proactive and environmentally sound approach.
The initiative is also associated with the commemoration of the International Day of Fight against Poverty and Social Exclusion, with various activities promoted in the parishes.
The initiative will take place between 9.00 e as 13.00 hours, being the meeting point for distribution groups and delivery of material will be the headquarters of the 13 Odemira's Parish.
Applications must be made in Odemira's Parish.
The organization belongs to the municipality of Odemira and Social Committee of Parishes Savoy / Santa Clara-a-Velha / Luzianes-Gare; S. Salvador e St.ª Maria / Boavista dos Pinheiros / S. LuÃs; Vila Nova de Milfontes / Longueira and Almograve; Inch / S. Martin Amoreiras / Vale Santiago / relic; and Social Commission for S Parish. Teotonio, with the support of the Municipality of Odemira.
