Between the days 15 October and 30 November will take place the vote on the proposals presented by the population for each of the Participatory Budgeting process (ON) the 13 Parishes of Odemira.
The aim of the OP of parishes is to strengthen the active participation of citizens, enabling the presentation of projects and / or investment proposals for each of the 13 parishes of the municipality and which will now be put to a vote, total no 25 proposals.
The vote will take place simultaneously in all parishes. The vote will be made in person in the parish offices and the decentralized polling stations. They can vote all citizens aged from 16 year old, residents, workers or students in the parish.
The OP of parishes was implemented for the first time this year, and the Municipality of Odemira provides financial support, the annual value of € 10,000.00 by Parish, as well as technical support for the implementation of the process and analysis of proposals (the Technical Review Committee will include a Municipal Technical).
The OP of Parishes is deliberative (It is the citizen who decides), with uniform standards, but adapted to the reality of each Parish. Such as OP Municipal, projects and / or winners proposed in the OP of parishes will be included in the budget of the Parish 2018.
