The Municipality of Odemira is moving forward with the works of the second phase of the Requalification of the Old and Riverside Center of Zambujeira do Mar, in the Parish of São Teotónio.
This work is the responsibility of the municipality, represents an investment worth €3,751,080.68, plus VAT.
The project is being carried out by the company Alberto Couto Alves, S.A., with an estimated duration of 450 days. Interventions focus on water infrastructure networks, sewage, rainwater and telecommunications, exterior arrangements, paving and public lighting and will be developed in phases.
These interventions continue the investments made by the Municipality of Odemira over the last few years, within the scope of urban requalification, after the interventions in Odemira, Vila Nova de Milfontes and Zambujeira do Mar (1ª fase). The urban requalification project in São Teotónio will soon begin.
