The PES is operated by the GNR and the PSP in schools at your own risk, which develop actions to reduce or eradicate the violence and insecurity in schools and surroundings. The PES is developer of targeted initiatives and projects to promote citizenship and civic values ​​at school, with a view to harmonious development by children and young people. To meet this desideratum to promote partnerships and synergies between the various entities and actors, both national and local levels, to ensure a safe environment in schools and surroundings.
GNR on the responsibility to fulfill the objectives of PES lies in each of the soldiers who make up this institution, starting with the military of the Territorial Offices, but especially in the military Centers Safe School, integrated in the Special Program Sections of Territorial Detachments.
These military, apart from patrolling the schools, conduct awareness / information actions, on varied topics, ranging from the protection of nature and the environment, up to bullying and ciberbullying, without forgetting the road safety and the prevention of deviant behavior, as the consumption of narcotic and alcohol.

So when it comes to bullying, speak in practice of offending crimes will simple or serious physical integrity, on threats, in reproaches, defamation, in coercion or in more severe situations in murder.
