The opening notice of the process of Elaboration of the Detailed Plan of the Business Center of Ourique was published in Diário da República.
The Ourique Business Center project is a priority for the Municipality and a fundamental initiative for the development of the local economy., insofar as it enables the installation of new business projects, generating new opportunities for existing companies, the creation of jobs and the valorization of the territory as a space for the promotion of our productive capacity.
The Municipality of Ourique acquired and completed the land acquisition deed (na photos) for the implementation of the new Business Center to the Joaquim António Franco e Pais Foundation, for the amount of € 250.000,00 (two hundred and fifty thousand euros), following validation of the value by an expert from the official list of the Ministry of Justice.
The Detailed Plan of the Centro Empresarial de Ourique covers an area of ​​intervention of 20,00 hectares and is located in the building with the urban matrix inscription 4731, from the parish of Ourique, located near IC1, equidistant by approx. 2 km from the village of Ourique to the north and Aldeia dos Palheiros to the south. The preparation of the plan represents an investment of approx. 75 thousand euros.
According to the notice published to 19 April, in the II Series of the Diário da República, the Municipality of Ourique will have a maximum period of 480 days (16 months) for the elaboration of the Detailed Plan of the Business Center of Ourique.
Under the law, there will be a period of participation of 15 working days, counted from the 5th working day of the publication of this Notice in the Diário da República, in which interested parties can make suggestions and/or provide information on any issues that may be considered within the scope of the plan preparation procedure.
