The Municipality of Mértola, inaugurated two important new infrastructures, in what was considered “a historic day for the municipality of Mértola, and in particular, to the São Domingos Mineâ€.
Zambujeira do Mar/Odemira: Beach closed to swimming due to water contamination.
Zambujeira do Mar beach, in Odemira, district of Beja, bathing is prohibited, due to microbiological contamination of water, according to the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) and the city council.
S.Domingos Mine/Mértola: Service area for motorhomes and synthetic grass are the most recent works in the locality.
The Municipality of Mértola inaugurates, next Thursday, the new infrastructures in Mina de São Domingos to reinforce tourism and local sport.
Odemira: Participatory Budget for Municipal Workers.
It will be implemented from August 2024 a Participatory Budget process (ON) of Workers of the Municipality of Odemira, through which workers propose and decide the application of financial resources internally.
Beja: Rehabilitation of the “FelÃcio Building†will begin this month.
According to information from the Mayor of the Municipality, the inside of the building has already been cleaned, some elements removed (particularly windows) who were in poor condition and who were at greater risk of falling.
