Mario Thomas, Mayor of Mértola, participated in the presentation of the “Science Comes to Town” candidacy, which took place at the Knowledge Pavilion, in Lisbon.
Odemira: New Tourist Office has already opened to the public.
With the aim of providing a better customer service and enhancing the municipality’s tourist offer, the Odemira Tourism Office reopened to the public with a new location, in a modern space, appealing and interactive, with Wi-Fi.
Beja: To combat violence on the streets, Municipality will install video surveillance cameras.
“The Municipality will install video surveillance cameras on the city’s main arteries, where fights and attacks occur daily, as a means of combating violence between members of the communities that live in the city”, a revelation made yesterday by the mayor of Beja, during the fortnightly meeting of the Executive.
Odemira: Municipality promotes literary competition on gender equality.
The Municipality of Odemira promotes the As Três Marias Competition – Literary Competition on Gender Equality 2024, with the aim of encouraging reflection around Gender Equality. Three new works will be awarded, in the literary style Short Story.
Ourique: Registration for ATL-Summer Free Time Activities now open.
There are many, even many, and diverse, the activities that the Municipality of Ourique once again makes available to the youngest (Preschool, 1.1st Cycle and 2nd Cycle), through the summer vacation program, the course of 3 a 31 July, of 1 a 14 August and 2 a 6 of September.
