Rúben Amorim, and its technical team, departed this Monday from Beja airport towards Manchester.
The coach hired by the “red devils” arrived at the airport were 10,20 hours and the entry and check-in of Amorim and the rest of the delegation took place through the side access door to the parking lot where the aircraft was.
Amorim traveled in a passenger car with tinted windows, accompanied by two people, and the technical team in another vehicle. Afterwards, transfer was made to the vehicle where the staff was., with Amorim greeting his assistants one by one.
The plane left at the scheduled time, 11,00 hours towards Manchester.
Former Sporting coach said goodbye to the Portuguese championship yesterday, with a victory against Braga. The first game in charge of the “red devils” should be on the day 24 November, against Ipswich Town.
However, João Pereira, B team coach, will be presented today as a replacement for Rúben Amorim.
