2º Festival Mushroom in Gorda (Beja) of 6 a 8 March
Gorda receives the next end-of-week (6 a 8 March) the second edition of Silarca- Mushroom Festival. The Parish Council inaugurates Biological Park Gorda.
Promoted by Gorda Parish Council, local business and voluntary movement Mushroom Festival, the event has rural characteristics, which are essential to the development of natural products from the region, namely, a silarca, Amanita ponderosa or wild mushroom, that gathers gastronomy, a cultura, tourism and leisure.
Traditional flavors, that joins the Alentejo sing and natural products, are the main supply Gorda, this edition of “Silare by” having free entries.
Within the Festival, It takes place on Friday, to 14:30 hours, 1st Colloquium on Iberian Endogenous Resources, the theme: “What is the contribution to local development ?”
No Sunday, day 7 March, the Parish Council inaugurates the Biological Park Gorda, infrastructure that results from an application submitted to the Alentejo XXI (ADL) by the Board in order to take advantage of Parish Community funds PRODER.
The Forest Perimeter Gorda / Salvada is a forest area, property of Gorda Parish Council and the Salvada Parish Council.
