Friday was revealed to the candidates “7 Wonders of Portugal – villages”: from the 322 were chosen 49. Santa Clara-a-Velha and Zambujeira do Mar, county of Odemira, chosen among.
The selection was made according to seven categories that will be subject seven galas to be transmitted by RTP from 9 July. Every Sunday will be cleared two villages finalists in each category. On 20 August will be known the 14 finalists who will go to vote. The winning wonders will be announced to 3 of September.
Santa Clara-a-Velha, in category “riverside villages” and Zambujeira do Mar, in the “Sea villages”, They are among the 49 finalists in seven categories.
