Sporting Clube de Portugal returns to using Beja airport on Wednesday when traveling to Italy, where they will face Atalanta the next day, in a Europa League game.
The leonine entourage took a seat on the HFM flight 631 that takes off from the Air Base runway 11, to 15,45 hours, that in addition to the team and its staff, more than a hundred Corporate guests and fans of the Alvalade club who accompany the team on their trip to Italy will travel.
Arrival and check-in of guests is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., followed by the team and the rest of the staff.
Return to Portugal, again via Beja airport is scheduled for 12:45 pm on Friday, day 1 of December, National holiday.
Sporting's match against Atalanta is part of the fifth round of Group D of the Europa League, in the game held in Lisbon, the Italians won by 2-1.
