Alentejo: Regional Tourism Authority launches "Guide to Restaurants Alentejo Certificates"
The Regional Entity of Tourism launches from the "Guide to Restaurants Alentejo Certificates", the launch will be done in a phased manner in the region, começamdo the North Alentejo, Central, Coast and Low-Alentejo.
A Entidade Regional de Turismo (ERT) launches today, 20 October, the "Guide to Restaurants Alentejo Certificates", a work that results from a pioneer project, implemented by ERT and entitled "Alentejo Good Taste", aimed at the enhancement of regional cuisine and its entire value chain.
The guide, edited and with graphic design of the Way of Words, makes known 84 Restaurants, scattered throughout the region, bearing the seal of certification, a title that certifies the commitment to respect and implement a quality framework that covers both the service, how products and confection and still host.
With print edition in Portuguese and English, the work is also available in electronic version eBook – in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish-, This provides the possibility to integrate other restaurants that want to offer the certification process.
The "Guide to Restaurants Alentejo Certificates", will be available in the international bookseller network – namely at Fnac and Bertrand – and, in its electronic version hosted on the site <http://www.visitalentejo.pt>

It is recalled that the project "Alentejo Good Taste", which is part of the creation of the said guide, also included the issue of Gastronomic Charter of Alentejo and gastronomic itineraries and the certification of
Restaurants in the area.
