For the commission of the three crimes of homicide by negligence, the defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 3 months in prison for house one of the crimes and more 9 months in prison for the crime of dangerous driving of a vehicle, which resulted in the legal accumulation of three years of effective imprisonment.
The Collective of Judges gave as proven that the defendant was conducting on the effect of psychotropic substances in the blood, namely, cocaine, cannabinóides and methylenodioximethamphetamine (MDMA), devaluing his testimony when he stated that "they were consumed the night before". about the accident, the driver had assumed responsibility for it., but that it was "carelessness" that the vehicle he was driving "invaded the opposite lane and collided with the other vehicle".
