Almodovar: Municipal holiday calebrado with Camp of St. John.
Almodovar celebrates its Municipal Holiday on 24 June, Midsummer day. To mark the date, the Almodôvar municipality offers its residents and visitors, on 23, one night of St. John with unique moments.
The Arraial program of St. John is comprehensive and cuts across all age groups of the population and then start the 18 horas do dia 23 June.
The initiative is part one sardines, a meeting of popular poets, Popular parade marches, a Challenge of Pau greasy and dance the night away with a bet of land, Duo Kontraste that will enliven the night of St. John. Arraial arises in the Fire Garden. Entries are free.
With this initiative the City of Almodovar want to animate the night of St. John, City of Holiday Eve, giving everyone a convivial evening while evoking this Holy People which is so important for the county.
