An individual 68 year old, reformed, resident in Alvito, district of Beja, He was arrested by inspectors of South Directorate of the Judicial Police (PJ), the practice of eight counts of child sexual abuse. PJ acted under an arrest warrant issued by the prosecutor of Beja.
In a statement to PJ reveals that the facts occurred in the area Vidigueira, between 2015 and 2017, and involved five children. When it was possible to determine, the individual took advantage of that to take the kids to the pool Vidigueira, during sport activities, to abuse the same.
Present to court, the suspect was released, by term of identity and residence (TIR), having been applied as ancillary measures, regular reporting to the authorities, contact with children and prohibition of activity exercise, in sports.
