The handball teams of Sporting Clube de Portugal and the National Team of South Korea, will be in serpa, to 29 July, in preparation for the new sporting season.
Tomorrow, day 26, 16:30, the Sporting team will be at the Municipal Discovery Swimming Pool in Serpa, for an autograph session, open to all interested.
On Thursday, day 27, from 7:30 pm, Pavilhão Carlos Pinhão will host a game between the two teams, free entry, organized by the Municipality of Serpa.
Fans of the sport will also be able to watch the joint training, on Friday, day 28, at 19:00, at the Carlos Pinhão Pavilion, also free entry.
Super Cup 2022/23 played in Serpa
The choice of Serpa and Pavilhão Carlos Pinhão for the beginning of the season stage 2023/24, will not be unrelated to the fact that the Sporting Clube de Portugal team played, in the "White City", on days 10 and 11 September last year, the Handball Super Cup, the first title of the season in which the CF Os Belenenses teams were also present, SL Benfica and FC Porto.
In the semi-finals, Sporting beat Belenenses by 38-24, having been defeated by Benfica in the final, by 45-43, after two extensions.
