Jorge Parente and António Ramos, the presidents of the Parish Union of Santiago Maior and São João Baptista and Salvador and Santa Maria Feira, in Beja, will re-apply for a new term.
The two mayors applied for the first time in 2017 and both won these elections in the respective Parish Union, having in Santiago Maior and São João Baptista, Jorge Parente elected with 39,29% of the vote, against 34,11% from CDU candidacy e 16,57% do PSD. António Ramos was elected Union of Parishes of Salvador and Santa Maria with 44,04% of the vote, against 34,14% from CDU candidacy e 11,37% do PSD.
