Luís Soares is the candidate of the independent movement “Living in São Matias” to the Parish Council of São Matias. It is the first candidacy for a board that between 2017 and 2021 was led by independent Leonor Sousa.

Luís Soares's candidacy is the first to be presented in the lead of the Parish Council of São Matias, between 2017 and 2021 Its president was independent Leonor Sousa, that could 58,02% of the vote, against 37,03% of the PS candidacy e 3,21% CDU.
