Baixo Alentejo: cimbal promotes “Fair Libraries”.
in the title – Intermunicipal Community of the Lower Alentejo saw approved an application to the Alentejo 2020, cofinanced to 85%, hair maximum value of 87,453.00 €, for the project "Fair Libraries".
This project, to develop from March to December 2019, will go through the Public Libraries of 13 Lower Alentejo municipalities, as outlined in the following activities: Conferences, Meetings with Writers, Reading Mediation Activities, Drama Shows, Music shows and Poetry and Exhibition.
This initiative will be organized by the Inter-Network of the Lower Alentejo Libraries (RIBBA), incorporated in 2018, by cymbal and DGBAL - Book Directorate General, Archives and Libraries, and aims to create greater attractiveness for the use of public equipment. The defined set of activities will create a more dynamic and stimulate the emergence of new audiences for reading.
