The Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture and Fisheries, which includes socialist deputy Nelson Brito, yesterday began an official visit to Baixo Alentejo.
Nelson Brito, Deputy elected by Baixo Alentejo and coordinator of the PS in the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture and Fisheries (CPAP) participates in the official visit that CPAP started yesterday to Baixo Alentejo and which will continue until next Tuesday, day 23 July.
The official program of the visit included on the first day a working meeting with mayors Paulo Arsénio (C. M. Beja), Luis Pita Plum (C. M. Ferreira do Alentejo), Marcelo Guerreiro (C. M. Ourique) and Rui Raposo (C. M. from Vidigueira).
On the second day of work, day 22 July, CPAP deputies visit Montaraz de Garvão, Herdade do Vale da Rosa and meet with cooperatives, associations and entities in the agricultural sector.
For the last day, 23 July, CPAP deputies have scheduled a working visit to the Alqueva Development and Infrastructure Company (EDIA), followed by Adega Cooperativa de Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito, to Vidcavea – Azeites da Vidigueira and Nogam.
