Baixo Alentejo: air assets based in the district doubled from 1 July.
From day 1 July 2018, the Beja district now has the presence of two helicopters Bombers Light based in Moura and in Ourique, a reinforcement 100% means of air present in the territory.
According to a statement from the Federation of the Lower Alentejo Socialist Party (FBAPS) strengthening air assets stationed in the district of Beja, It was implemented by the government, corresponding to one of the fundamental premises of guarantee means for an effective initial attack and support the fight developed in the theaters of operations.
