For the first time, Portugal will have a 5th generation fighter on display, o Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II, who will be at the Beja Air Show.
The largest Portuguese air show that starts next week will feature a static display of the United States Air Force F-35A.
The information was confirmed by the Portuguese Air Force, a FAP, which completed the line-up of planes that will perform at the base, which is approximately 2 Lisbon hours.
Beyond the F-35 stealth fighter, Mirage foreign military aircraft will be present 2000 from France and another from Greece, Hungarian JAS-39C Gripen, Swiss F-5 (Swiss Patrol), Romanian F-16, Eurofighter Typhoon da Espanha, in addition to NATO's Boeing E-3F.
The Beja Air Show 2024 will be held on the days 1 and 2 June, Air Base No. 11 (BA11), in the city of Beja. Entrance and parking are free.
