Beja: Approved the draft deed of donation to the Palace of Justice.
The Executive of Beja House has already approved the draft deed of the land surface right for the construction of the new Palace of Justice. The contest was already desert twice.
It was unanimously approved at a meeting of the Executive Board of the Beja draft of the surface rights of constitution writing in favor of IGFEJ - Financial Management Institute of Justice and equipment, for the construction of the Justice Palace.

The construction of the Palace of Justice must have its beginning, mandatorily, within three years from the signing date of the deed of donation and if this does not happen during that period, the plot of land will revert immediately to the City, unless extension of time authorization at the request of the entity superficiária, about IGFEJ.
It is recalled that the tender for the construction of the new Palace of Justice Beja has been released twice and both were not interested in the construction of the building.
