Beja: Municipality promotes “On Thursdays in the Garden”.
The Public Garden will stage Beja, to 5 September events "On Thursdays in the Garden", over seven Thursdays of the month July, August and september, popular music and fado animate the space.
The initiative begins tomorrow night, with a sing against that promotes, from as early as 19:30, one Choral Groups Parade starting at Praça Diogo Fernandes, followed by Captain Rua João Francisco de Sousa towards the Public Garden.
On this first night of Thursday, dedicated to sings, will rise to the stage Choir "The Rosinhas" Santa Clara do Louredo, Choral Group "The Cicadas" Aljustrel, Choral Group "The Rural" Figueira Knights, Choral Group "The Reapers" of Cuba and Cantadores of Disquiet - ACD Beja. An initiative of the Municipality of Beja that has the support of the Inatel Foundation - Beja.
This month July, on 25, there will be a Fado show where they mix modernity and tradition, beauty and Mafalda Vasques voice of sweetness coupled with the voice strength and vigor of Sandra Reis.
this spectacle, are invited singers Edgar and John Baleizão Clean. Accompanied by Rogério Master in Portuguese guitar, Carlos Franco in "fado viola" and Zé Pedro on bass Grazina, make this an unforgettable spectacle.
By Thursday evening evenings, in the Public Garden will spend artists like Ana Tareco, Paul Colaco, Calm and Vento Sul, Talego or Clean Wheat.
Alongside this initiative, the municipality also promotes street entertainment activities for Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. The "Beja happens" also has shows in different city areas.
