The trip to the Alentejo town begins with a meeting with the administration of that hospital and integrates further visit to the radiology services, Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Emergency.
Here are the visits to the Health Center and USF Beja. At slow, the Café Teatro Pax Julia welcomes the debate 'Health in Alentejo', sponsored by the National Council of the Medical Association.
During the visit to Beja Hospital, Miguel Guimarães will get acquainted with working conditions that have affected the normal operation of that unit, following the difficulties arising from the lack of medical specialists and the inability to attract young doctors to the region.
After meeting with management and clinical director, the president of the Medical Association (IF), which will be accompanied by the president of the Southern Regional Council, Alexandre Valentine Lawrence, the President of the Sub-Region OM Beja, Pedro Vasconcelos, and the president of the National Council of the Inner-CNMI Medical, Catherine Perry of the House, visit the Radiology Services, Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Emergency. The delegation of OM will follow then the Beja Health Center and the Health Unit Family-USF Alfa Beja.
During a later, the delegation has a meeting with the chairmen of the sub-regions of Alentejo OM (Beja, Évora, Portalegre and Setúbal, which includes the Alentejo coast) to analyze problems and discuss improvement proposals for 'Health in Alentejo'.
