Beja: City Council approves IMI values, pours and IRS to 2018.
The Executive Mayor of Beja, approved at the meeting last Wednesday, to proposta IMI, Derrama e IRS, to 2018. The resolutions should be adopted in the Municipal Assembly to be held next Wednesday.
It was approved unanimously, meeting in camera 15 November, value of the proposal fixing the 0,35%, for urban property and the application of Article 112-A of CIMI, in the city of Beja, according to table, establishing the fixed deduction for dependent number charge: Lump-sum allowance (in €) – 1 dependent - 20 € deduction, 2 dependents - 40 €, 3 or more dependents 70 €.
Regarding pours, It was approved in its attachment 1,5% on taxable income of companies with a turnover 150.000,00 € and exemption for businesses with lower turnover or equal to this amount.
As for the IRS, fixing was approved a share 5%.
These resolutions will be voted on at the next session of the Municipal Assembly scheduled for 22 November, 18h00, in the old building Civil Government of Beja.
