Editing 2024 do BEJA CUP, which will take place in the days 8, 9, 10, 15 and 16 June 2024, will feature the participation of more than 70 men's and women's football teams, originating from mainland Portugal and islands, being one of the days of the tournament dedicated entirely to women's football.
The ninth edition of the most relevant sporting event held in Beja is organized by the Clube Desportivo de Beja and will take place at the Fernando Mamede Sports Complex in Beja, involving over 1100 athletes among 5 and 19 year old.
The growing impact of the BEJA CUP has affirmed the event as a strategic element for promoting and enhancing the territory, with around ten thousand spectators/visitors over the two weeks of the event., mostly visitors from outside the municipality of Beja and a direct economic impact, in restaurants, commerce and hospitality of around 500 thousand euros.
The BEJA CUP counts on the participation of around 100 volunteers, and is based on strategic partnerships with various regional and national entities, with emphasis on the CM of Beja.
