The man, natural Vidigueira, had been under surveillance by the GNR for a long time, who approached him when he returned from Lisbon, Where did he go to buy the drugs?, to sell to consumers in that location and others in neighboring municipalities.
When he was approached by the military, The suspect denied having drugs in his possession. Driven to the facilities of the Beja Territorial Command, where the vehicle was subject to a thorough search, narcotics were discovered, a revolver and money.
They were seized 202,3 grams of hashish, enough for 495 individual doses, 31,6 grams of cocaine, to 158 individual doses, a caliber revolver .32 long, a knife and 760 euro banknotes.
The individual was indicted and after contacting the Public Prosecutor on duty, it was released, by term of identity and residence (TIR), and the light passenger vehicle in which he was traveling was seized.
