EVENT CANCELED: Due to the bad weather forecast for Sunday the World Day ceremonies in Memory of the Victims of the planned road to Beja, They were canceled.
The third Sunday of November, is dedicated worldwide to the World Day in Memory of the Victims of Road and Beja is no exception.
The World Day of Road Victims of Memory points in the next day 18 November and Beja the tributes to the victims are held in St. Andrew's Chapel, City Park and Motard Group Headquarters Beja.
This day is dedicated to the memory of the millions of deceased persons and / or injured in road accidents and their loved dear, still with the purpose of paying tribute to the emergency teams, the Public Security Police, the National Republican Guard, the Volunteer firefighters and medical professionals who daily deal with the traumatic consequences of accidents.
This is an annual event held worldwide on the third Sunday of November.
In Beja, World Day for Road Victims of Memory is organized by Moto directions Convivio ÂĽ Pras 7 Beja, Motard group of Beja and Christian Motorcyclists Association of Portugal "CMA Chapter of Beja".
Event Program: 10.30h – St. Andrew Chapel (religious ceremony and balloons start), 11.30h – city's park (dedicatory inscription in memory of the stone) and 13.00 – Lunch Motard Group Headquarters Beja.
