The municipality of Beja reported that it started the construction of 5 Multifamily housing buildings in Beja, project that will allow to put in the lease market 45 New apartments.
In a statement the municipality makes known that “this is one of the central measures of the local housing strategy of Beja”, being the promoter of this project, that has a global value of 6.609.994,75 euros, adding that this is an endeavor “financed by PRR – Recovery and Resilience Plan, Under the 1st Law Program - Housing Access Support Program ”, justified.
Inserted in a plot of land with 1.925 m2 of area, the development is located in the connection between Bairro do Pelame and Quinta D’El Rei, The project calls for the construction of 15 T1 type dwellings, and 30 T3 type dwellings, in total 45 new housing.
As part of this project, 5 semi-detached lots, each of them composed of 9 housing, distributed over three floors (0, 1 and 2).
Or floor -1 (cave) will be used for car parking, projecting the creation of 12 parking spaces for each of the lots, distributed as follows: one place per fraction (9 parking spaces); a seat adapted for people with reduced mobility and two seats intended for charging electric vehicles.
