The Territorial Command Beja, through the Criminal Investigation Nucleus (NIC) Aljustrel, on 5 May, stopped three men, with ages discovered among 26 and 33 year old, by fuel theft in an industrial machine, in Beja county.
In the context of a complaint to account for a fuel theft, The guard military moved quickly to the site, where they intercepted the suspicious vehicle and took an approach.
Following the action was performed a search to the vehicle, that allowed to confirm that the suspects were in possession of stolen fuel, What motivated the detention in the act of individuals.
Within the scope of police due diligence it was still possible to recover and seize the following material: 65 Liters of agricultural diesel, six jerricans, two phones, a hose, a screwdriver, a pliers, a sledgehammer and a vehicle.
The detainees were present at the Beja Judicial Court, having applied the measure of coercion of periodic presentations weekly at the police station of the area of ​​residence.
