Beja: GNR led operations done in Garvão and Ferreira do Alentejo.
The Territorial Command Beja GNR, through various subunits and valences, has undertaken in the past 24 hours two major operations to combat drug trafficking and thefts.
According to found the Lidador News the first operation took place in Garvão, municipality of Ourique, and the second in Ferreira do Alentejo.
The two transactions were made several house searches and vehicles, having been arrested several people and seized drugs and several resulting goals of several thefts committed by suspects.
In one case the GNR have also done a search in a grave in the cemetery of one of the locations on suspicion that it was used to hide the product of illegal activity.
So far the communication and Public Relations Office of the Territorial Command Beja GNR, It has not issued any statement giving operating income account of the searches carried out in two sites in the district.
