The Cantadores do Desassossego Choral Group, opens its headquarters today, in facilities provided by Beja City Council after a long recovery process.
The official opening ceremony will take place at 6:30 pm, located in the Casa da Cultura building, on Rua LuÃs de Camões and marks the ninth anniversary of the heritage of Cante Alentejano.
It will be the beginning of the celebrations of another anniversary of this form of musical expression of identity of the people of Baixo Alentejo as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, as recognized by UNESCO.
