Beja: Flag Oath 7 Training Course in RI 1.

He was quartered in the Help Walk (to 1955), in Amadora (to 1975), Queluz (to 1979), in Sierra Carregueira (to 2008), in Tavira (to 2015) and since then the Infantry Regiment N. º1 lies quartered in the town of Beja, the Barracks Sting Valley having a Detachment in Tavira, the Watchtower Headquarters.
The Infantry N. º1 inherits the following units: 1Machine guns th group terminated at 1960, Infantry Regiment N.º17 extinct in Beja 1939, Infantry Regiment No.1 6 Évora extinct in 1976, Infantry Regiment No. 11 extinct in Setúbal 1976, Infantry Regiment paragraph 4 extinct in Faro 1992, White Castle Infantry Regiment extinct in 1992, Infantry Regiment No.2 extinct in Abrantes 2006 and Infantry Regiment No.3 extinct in Beja 2015.
The Standard Procedure for the infantry N. º1 boasts the following awards: Commander of the Order of the Tower and Sword, Value, Loyalty and Merit, 2 Gold Medal of Military Valor, 3 1st Class Warfare crosses, Grade Silver Distinguished Service Medal, Order of Military Value of Brazil and Medal of Merit of the Sintra Town Hall, Gold grade.
