Mercan Properties Group's Holiday Inn Beja officially opened its doors, an investment 16,8 million euros is the second of the Mercan Properties Group in Alentejo and will create around 31 work posts.
With 95 rooms spread over four floors, a commercial area, restaurant and outdoor pool, the Holiday Inn Beja opens to the public just in time for the summer holidays.
This new hotel 4 stars in Alentejo, with a gross construction area of 7.125 m², results from an urban rehabilitation project that preserved the original facade of the existing building, in line with the characteristic layout of Beja, including a work by acclaimed artist Vhils, which will pay tribute to the Alentejo region.
Located close to historical monuments of ancient Pax Julia, such as the Castle and the Cathedral of Beja, the Holiday Inn Beja was designed to host several travelers, with 95 bedrooms, spread over four floors, and a parking lot 163 places.
So that guests can enjoy the region and take advantage of the harmony of Alentejo to rest, the new Mercan Properties Group hotel also incorporates a commercial space with retail stores, a bar, restaurant and outdoor pool. Under the hotel management of AHM – ACE Hospitality Management, group company specializing in the management of hotel projects, the Holiday Inn Beja will provide its guests with all the amenities they need to enjoy the Alentejo region.
