The prosecution, authored by judge SĂ­lvia Gomes, brings together three cases where it is described that young people spread terror in various arteries of the city and inside establishments, having in one case invaded a hairdressing salon, where a victim took refuge. In all cases, The group was led by Nancanique Salomé, of 22 year old, who is accused of three crimes of qualified physical integrity and one crime of coercion. The accused is being held in the Leiria-Jovens Prison, where the final judgment of a ruling awaits, delivered in May of this year, in which he was sentenced to 8 years in prison, for having tried to kill a man who “considered he was a member of a police agency”.

In 17 November 2023, the young man had already sentenced to one of 18 months in prison, suspended upon its implementation, for a lesser serious drug trafficking crime, that will have to be fulfilled.

In addition to Nancanique, three other members of the group were convicted and are in prison for attempted murder with a knife and a fifth member is awaiting, in custody, trial for the same type of crime, carried out with a firearm.
