The Budget and the Major Plan Options of the Municipality of Beja for the year 2023 were approved yesterday at the meeting of the Executive. Lack of ratification by the Municipal Assembly.
Os mais de 62 milhões euros que constam do Orçamento da edilidade bejense para o próximo ano foi aprovado com o voto de qualidade do presidente do Executivo, in the face of the favorable votes of those elected from the Socialist Party, the abstention of the councilor from the “Beja Consegue†coalition and the contrary votes of the CDU councilors.
The budget for 2023 is superior in 20 million euros this year and is the biggest since the PS returned to power in the Chamber of Beja under the leadership of Paulo Arsénio.
On Tuesday, um dia antes da reunião do Executivo da Câmara Municipal de Beja, os comunistas emitiram um comunicado onde anunciaram que “os vereadores da CDU votam contra as Grandes Opções do Plano e o Orçamento Municipal para 2023â€, justifying that “the Municipal Budget presented, 2of the current mandate and 6th of this PT administration, confirm, lamentably, that the PS has no project or strategic vision for the municipality of Beja!".
O Orçamento e as Grandes Opções do Plano vão agora ser submetidos à aprovação da Assembleia Municipal de Beja, onde dos 33 elected, o PS tem 16 municipal deputies, a CDU 13 e a coligação “Beja Consegue†liderada pelo PSD tem 4 elected.
