Beja: 'Heritage of Sul'2019 begins on Friday.
Of 11 a 13 October Beja receives 'Southern Heritage', a fair that promotes the identity of the country south of the territory in economic, cultural and tourist.
The Municipality of Beja bet in this event as a way to support regional development and local cultures, through the enhancement of their assets, tangible and intangible, traditional and innovative, while stimulates production, the processing and marketing, the creative spirit, entrepreneurship and innovation.
the wines, agrifood products, tourism, biodiversity, arts and crafts, gastronomy, hunting and fishing, taurine tradition and birds are the activities highlighted during three days at the Fairs and Exhibitions Park Manuel de Castro and Brito.

The fair is divided into the following themes:

-BEJA EDUCATE – A space to children between 6 and 12 years will be with own schedule and this year open to visit also the adults, with interest in the educational field. This aims to be a discovery space, playful and above all experience, around areas as the material and immaterial Heritage, Security and health, Communication and Technology, Science and Laboratory, Sustainability and Nature, Innovation and Robotics, Arts and Crafts and other forms of art. With over 3000m2 This space brings together areas that work with sessions until 20 minutes.
– SOUTH THE TABLE – the best of Mediterranean cuisine is present in this unique space, with live cooking presentations. The Mediterranean diet is the basis of these experiences offer. – THE TALK - debate space, exchange of ideas, conferences and book presentations on various themes from South Heritage - Heritage, biodiversity, climate change, technology and inovation, hunting and fishing, among others.

– BEJA BRAVA - Space dedicated to bullfighting tradition which includes bullfighting demonstrations on horseback and on foot, exhibitions, thematic talks, shows, walk to livestock breeding, among others.

Integra cinot̩cnicas activities of exhibitions and canine demonstrations. in this 17 Edition of Canibeja will have the 14 Th National Exhibition, several exhibitions of race and monographic and 1st hound Specialized.
