four young men, of 14 and 15 years, were arrested and identified on Sunday for having vandalized about three dozen vehicles on the streets of the city of Beja. The facts will be referred to the Family and Minors Court.
Young people, one resident in Beja and three residents in Beringel, county Beja, walked during the day of Sunday through several arteries removing the identifying symbols of the brands of the cars, having a passerby who realized the situation alerted the PSP.
According to the PSP District Command, “the agents went to the field and reached the minors who in a backpack were carrying 29 car logos”, adding that after being transported to the Police Station “they were identified and, as they were minors, they were handed over to their parents”.
The same source added that “the facts will be communicated to the Family and Minors Court”, justifying that so far “no complaint has been formalized by the injured parties”, finished.
