In a statement, the Municipality of Beja, It reveals that from today, day 2 March, in collaboration with RESIALENTEJO, start a waste collection door-to-door system in Beja History Center.
How does it work?
Citizens pay a waste fee, calculated as a function of water consumption. With PAYT system that is implementing RESIALENTEJO, you want to create is a fairer system. So, citizens will only pay the bags intended for mixed waste. The bags intended for recyclable waste are free, so the more separate, will pay less.
The bags are provided in the following locations: Headquarters of parishes Unions Beja (na photos) and Social Center “The Lidador”.
