The Couples group was selected, by public tender, for the design and construction of the student residence, in Beja and with its own industrialized solutions “off-site”.
In a statement, the construction company says that the Beja university residence project, next to the Higher School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute, foresees a construction area of ​​almost 11 thousand square meters, with cloister for internal courtyard and uncovered green area.
“This work, which started at the beginning of 2024 and is based on total industrialization, has an expected execution period of 510 days and a contract value that revolves around 17 million”, refers to couples, adding that, in terms of areas, “will represent space for 503 residents, distributed 327 Accommodation, between fours and studios, double and single”.
