Beja: Chamber Executive meeting will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday.
The Municipal Executive, the Beja municipality will gather at the annual meeting to be held on Wednesday, by 15.00 hours, in the Main Hall of the City Hall building.
Highlight of the agenda for the discussion and voting on the proposed opening of tender proposals, Rehabilitation of contracts Rossio Garden - Square Dr. Carlos Moreira (Beringel) and Remodeling of Athletics Track Sports Complex Fernando Mamede.
They will also be voted on the proposals for approval of the Incubator project Social Innovation of the Alentejo, on application to the POISE - Operational Program Employment and Social Inclusion, typology 3.33 - Partnership Program Impact, the project COM_VIDA, on application to the POISE - Operational Program Employment and Social Inclusion, typology 3.33 - Partnership Program Impact.
After published on Monday in the Official Gazette, the order for opening of procedure for the construction of the new Palace of Justice Beja, the Executive will examine the proposal for approval of projects for the building - protocol signed between the City of Beja and the Institute of Financial Management and Justice Equipment.
They will also be voted the Addendum to the Cooperation Protocol between Ineditradição - Association for Research and Promotion of Cultural Heritage and the city of Beja and protocols to be established with the Parishes of Unions of Albernoa and Trinidad, Santa Victoria and Mombeja and Salvada and Quintos, under the School Transport 2018/2019, Penedo Gordo with the People's House, House of the People of Our Lady of the Snows, Cultural and Social Center of Hope Neighborhood Recreativo, Social Center of Our Lady of Grace and Beja County Social Support Center, under the provision of school meals.
As required by law at the end of the meeting is open a public intervention period, when gifts may question the Executive Mayor of Beja.
