Beja: Six defendants sentenced to prison terms for drug trafficking.
Six of the seven defendants, including a woman, aged 20 and 40 year old, were sentenced to three prison sentences effectively and three with suspended sentences, totaling 26 years of deprivation of liberty.
Four of the defendants were sentenced by the practice, co-authored material from a drug trafficking crime, one for the same crime, but minor and a sixth by a prohibited weapon detention crime.
The three defendants who were in custody and as such they will remain, They were sentenced to effective jail, two sentenced men, one to six years and another 5 years and 6 months in jail and a woman 4 years and six months.
The other three involved in the process were sentenced to suspended prison sentences, subject to the probation, in five, two and three years, respectively. Except absolved, the other six defendants were also sentenced to pay the costs of the process, has three fixed units (306 euros), each.
In favor of the state were considered lost, the seized narcotic product, enough hashish to 11.755 individual doses, whose destruction was determined, and even a gun, a pistol and respective ammunition, a motor vehicle and various mobile phones.
