The CAIS Association organizes the Grand Final of the National Street Football Tournament 2022, between Friday and Sunday, the Fairs and Exhibition Center Beja.
The Grand Final of the National Street Soccer Tournament 2022 takes place in october, between days 20 and 23, in Beja, the Fairs and Exhibition Center Beja, with competitions between 23 teams, representing the various districts/autonomous regions of the national territory, translating to about 300 young participants.
Women's teams participate in this event., male and mixed, of the various districts and autonomous regions of the national territory with players of different age groups. Each team has a maximum of 8 players, 4 in the field and 4 substitutes and the games last for 14 minutes.
The Grand Final event is promoted by Associação CAIS, in partnership with the Municipality of Beja and opens to the public on 21 October, starting with a parade, at 14:30, followed by an institutional opening speech for the event.
After these opening ceremonies, there will be a welcome game at 15:30, being that the official games of the tournament, will start from 16:00 on that day until 24:30. On 22 October, Tournament games will start at 9:00 am, starting the quarter-final stage from 21:30 to 24:00.
The last day of the tournament will start with the qualifying games, at 9 am, followed by the women's and men's semi-finals starting at 11:30 am. The women's and men's finals will take place at 2:30 pm and the award ceremony will be given to the big winners of the National Street Football Tournament 2022 da Cais will take place at 3:30 pm to close the event.
The Street Football Project is promoted by the CAIS Association, in partnership with numerous public and private entities, with the aim of promoting sports and using it as an intervention strategy to promote social inclusion. The initiative promotes access to sport, qualifies participants and professionals, it also promotes access to cultural and recreational activities, creating a social conscience for social problems. football is, that way, a training instrument in the development of personal and social values ​​and competences in all the young participants.
